We're Hiring Experienced Residential Cleaning Contractors!
Vital Cleaning Service is looking for dependable, experienced 1099 Residential Cleaning Contractors to join our growing team serving Las Vegas & Henderson.
We are seeking professionals with residential house cleaning experience who understand how to clean homes thoroughly, efficiently, and consistently. Experience with move-in/move-out cleanings, deep cleanings, and routine residential maintenance cleanings is required.
Please note: If your cleaning experience is primarily in hotels, caregiving, or nanny positions, this opportunity is not the right fit. We are specifically looking for individuals who are experienced in cleaning residential homes from top to bottom and corner to corner while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements
- Previous professional residential cleaning experience is required.
- Experience with deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleanings, and recurring residential cleanings.
- Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to communicate professionally.
- Must be authorized to work as a 1099 independent contractor.

No. Our cleaners work as 1099 independent contractors. You accept the jobs that fit your availability, provide your own supplies and equipment, and are paid weekly.
How much can I earn?
$20+ per hour depending on the scope and duration of each job, plus 100% of your tips.
Do I need residential experience?
Yes. We are specifically looking for people experienced in cleaning residential homes top to bottom — deep cleans, move-in/move-out and recurring maintenance cleans. Hotel, caregiving or nanny experience alone is not the right fit.
