- • No limit — refer as many friends as you like

Specials — the fine print
How do I claim the 10% new-client discount?
Request a quote on this site and choose “Fall Special — 10% off first cleaning” under offers, or just mention it when you call or text. The discount is applied to your first cleaning.
How does the referral credit work?
Tell your friend to enter your name in the “Referred by” box on the quote form. Once their first cleaning is completed, we take $20 off your next scheduled visit. Refer as many people as you like.
Can the two offers be combined?
Across households, yes: your friend gets 10% off their first cleaning and you get $20 off your next one. On a single visit, only one discount applies.
When do the specials end?
The current offers run through December 31, 2026. Bookings made by then qualify even if the cleaning date is later.
