Most Vital clients start with a deep clean to reset the house, then move to weekly, bi-weekly or monthly visits. Recurring clients get priority scheduling, consistent cleaners who learn how you like things done, and pricing that rewards frequency.

Standard / Recurring Clean — questions
How often should I schedule a recurring clean?
Bi-weekly is our most popular option for family homes; weekly is common for larger households or homes with several pets, and monthly works well for tidy homes that just need a reset. We will recommend a cadence after your first visit.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients give us a garage code or lockbox key. Our cleaners are background-checked, and we are licensed, bonded and insured.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. Our team arrives with all cleaning supplies and equipment. If you prefer a specific product for a surface in your home, leave it out and let us know.
Can I add extras to a recurring visit?
Yes. Inside the fridge, inside the oven, interior windows, laundry and linen changes can be added to any visit for an additional fee — just text us before your appointment.
