Apartment & Condo Turnover Cleaning
Rent-ready turnovers for property managers and landlords, plus standard and deep cleaning for apartment and condo residents across the valley.
Apartments and condos too! We work with many property managers to get their units rent-ready without delay. A turnover clean follows our full move-out scope — cabinets inside and out, appliances, tracks, fans, vents, fixtures, baseboards, walls and doors — so the next tenant walks into a spotless unit.
Residents of apartments, condos and townhomes are welcome too. Our standard, deep and move-out services scale to any size of home, and we are used to parking, elevator and access arrangements in Henderson and Las Vegas communities.
Property managers: send us the unit address, square footage and turnover date. We can quote from a floor plan, schedule around your inspection and invoice the management company directly.
