Move-In / Move-Out — questions
Should the home be empty for a move-out clean?
Ideally yes. An empty home lets us reach every cabinet, closet, baseboard and floor. If some furniture must remain, tell us at quote time and we will plan around it.
Do you clean inside the oven and fridge on a move-out?
Yes — refrigerator, freezer, oven and inside the dishwasher are all included in our move-out / move-in scope, not add-ons.
Can you work directly with my property manager?
Yes. We work with many property managers to get units rent-ready without delay and can invoice the management company directly.
